Will a Museum representative attend my event?
Yes - an event coordinator attends every event.
What does my rental fee include?
The basic rental fee includes: Table and chair setup and take down,
housekeeping, security, setup and takedown time, and four hours of event
time.
Who may I use as a caterer?
Please click on the preferred caterer link to view the Museum's
preferred vendors. In some circumstances the Museum will allow other
caterers serve at events; see your coordinator for further details.
Can I bring my own alcohol to the event?
Masterson's is the Frazier Museum's exclusive liquor provider and must
provide and serve all alcohol for events.
Do you provide table linens?
No, linens can be arranged through your caterer or a third party
linen provider.
Can I tour the Museum during my event?
Yes - however, additional rental fees may apply
Do you provide sound systems and AV during events?
Yes, the Museum can provide sound and AV equipment through C&H
Audio Visual, our in-house, but not exclusive, AV company at the
client's expense.
Is coat check provided for events?
Coat check can be provided at an additional cost.
Can I have the Museum store open during my event?
Yes - however, additional cost may apply.
Can I have a guided tour during my event?
Yes - guided tours are available. Additional charges my apply
Can guest take food and drink into the galleries
No - no food or drink is permitted out side of the event spaces.
Can event times be extended the day of the event?
No - all request for additional event time must be made two weeks
prior to the start date of the event.
Is photography allowed during my event?
Yes - however, certain rules and regulations apply. See rental contract
How long does it take to tour the Museum?
A typical tour can take from 45 minutes to several hours.
Do you have an approved list of entertainers and vendors?
There are no exclusive entertainment companies or vendors outside
of Masterson's - our liquor provider.
What time can my event start and end?
The first floor Great Hall is the only time sensitive space. Events
cannot begin before 5:30pm.
Is smoking allowed in the Museum or on the rooftop?
No - The Frazier Museum is a smoke free facility.
Is setup and takedown time included in the 4 hour space rental?
No, a client is guaranteed three hours of setup time and as well
as three hours of takedown time. (The 1st floor Great Hall is excluded
from this guarantee.)
